Hailing from Atlanta with connections to the cosmos, EARTHGANG is scheduled to land on Thursday, October 17 at Milkboy Arthouse for the Welcome to Mirrorland Tour. Merging hip-hop, funk, and images of a freaky, shiny, and beautiful Black future, EARTHGANG is a can’t-miss performance.

“Come on, sit down, and get comfortable” are the first words from their latest album “Mirrorland,” released this Fall on the Dreamville label, which also boasts recent breakouts like rapper JID and DC-based Ari Lennox. Once the listener leans into the 14-track project filled with songs and sounds celebrating Atlanta’s weirdness and legacy in hip-hop, the possibilities are endless. Just like the album listening experience, EARTHGANG puts on a show that puts the audience in a spaceship towards the stars.

EARTHGANG has been touring to support “Mirrorland” recently and I just had the privilege to see them along with a thousand of my closest friends at Afropunk Atlanta, an annual festival celebrating Black liberation, activism, and inclusivity. The hometown love combined with the inclusive spirit of the festival and unyielding energy from members Olu and WowGr8 created a mystical hip-hop experience that I can’t wait to see in College Park.

Songbyrd Music House presents The Monster Outbreak Tour: Welcome to Mirrorland featuring EARTHGANG with Benji and DUCKWRTH at Milkboy Arthouse on Thursday, October 17.
